Stevenston Community Council
Stevenston Community Council is a voluntary organisation run by local residents. Our remit is to represent the community – its aspirations and concerns – to North Ayrshire Council.
All members of the public are welcome (indeed encouraged!) to attend our public meetings.
Below is a list of the Stevenston Community Council meetings for the next few months:
May 11th 2026.
June 8th 2026.
July. No meeting.
August. No meeting.
All meetings will be in the Ardeer Neighbourhood Centre and will start at 7.00pm.
Sorbie Road Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund
An annual community benefit payment made by Sorbie Road Wind Farm. Administered by
Stevenston Community Council.
Sorbie Community Benefit Fund criteria:
• Applications must be for projects that align with the goals of the Stevenston
Local Place Plan: a) to improve Stevenston by physically regenerating the town
centre, or b) to protect and improve the town's green spaces. A copy of the Local
Place Plan can be found HERE).
• Applications must be for physical improvements to the town; they must not be
for events or activities.
• Applications can only be accepted from constituted community groups.
• Local groups will be given priority. National organisations will only be considered
if their application demonstrates a direct benefit to the community of
Stevenston.

Applications can be submitted from 1st May 2026. The deadline for applications is midnight on 31st July 2026.
